A festive feast for everyone to tuck in to at Manchester Hall

We know Christmas is a time for sharing but when the food is this good, it can be hard. 

Manchester Hall’s Festive Feast is a three-course extravaganza of sharing platters and stunning centrepieces for £60pp.

Take the puddings for instance: indulgent figgy pudding with traditional spices, gooey chocolatey Yule log and creamy cashel blue cheese - you might want it all to yourself. Understandable.

Don’t worry. Your greed won’t get you on Santa’s naughty list because at Manchester Hall this Christmas there’s plenty to go round.

Joking aside, Christmas is a time for sharing. Nothing brings on that festive glow quicker than passing round heavily-laden platters and everybody tucking in together, finding the food that makes them happy. That, and a delicious drink or two.

Help yourself to a seafood platter loaded with smoked salmon with lemon and caperberries, tiger prawn cocktail and trout with beetroot and apple slaw and wolf down farmhouse bread spread generously with ham hock terrine or chicken liver pâté. 

Main courses may well be the reason Santa got stuck down the chimney. The tables will be groaning with slow-roast rib of beef, the traditional turkey done properly - basted in lashings of butter, pigs in blankets and giant Yorkshire puddings because why go small when you could go stupendous?

This is definitely one feast where it’s a case of the more the merrier.
