Tickets are now on sale for Liverpool’s upcoming ‘fantastic four’ event

MasterChef: The Professionals Champion 2018, Laurence Henry, will be joined by fellow finalists Dean Banks, Oli Martin and Matthew Ryle to showcase their culinary talents at a one-off supperclub event in Liverpool this month.

The ‘fantastic four’ tour, part of a UK-wide series of pop-up fine dining events, will take place at the Isla Gladstone Conservatory, one of Liverpool’s most iconic venues, on 18th February.

The food is, of course, the main event

26-year-old chef, Laurence Henry (pictured top, right), who works as sous chef at two Michelin-starred Restaurant Sat Bains in Nottingham, scooped the coveted title on the BBC TV programme after beating off competition from fellow finalists. Their competition rivalry seems to now be firmly in the past as they work together to create a special four-course tasting menu for guests at this ticketed event.

Beth Toovey, from Sauce Supper Club, who organised the culinary tour said, “the chefs all have a great rapport with their fans and it’s great to see everyone interacting at these special evenings. The food is, of course, the main event and guests have been wowed when tasting the exceptional dishes.”

The event at the Isla Gladstone (pictured above) will be the first time Sauce Supper Club has brought one of their fine dining supper clubs to Liverpool.

Gemma McGowan, owner of the Isla Gladstone Conservatory, said, “we want our chefs to gain the skills to reach the top of the industry. Working alongside Laurence, Dean, Oli and Matthew is a fantastic opportunity to learn from the experience of these top chefs. Having tasted the food created by the fantastic four, I know those who come to the Isla Gladstone are in for a treat.”

Tickets are available for £75 per person for the four-course tasting menu from Sauce Supper Club
