Veeno was founded by two Italian wine obsessives back in 2011, something the menu reflects. Most wines come direct from the Veeno family vineyard in Sicily, and the small selection of guest wines is carefully curated to showcase some of the finest makers around. Gordo tried both the house red and classic - finding both as smooth as a baby’s bottom - and also had a stonking snifter of house white.
