Luxe fitness brand Lululemon has moved home to a more central location at Saint Ann’s square. And with the slick new store comes a host of fitness freebies, from workouts to wellness insights. This month, join CrossFit games athlete and Lululemon ambassador Oakley Woodhouse, for an uplifting talk ion nutrition and diet (‘REAL FOOD. REAL TALK.’ – 8 November, 6-7pm). The Fiji Fundraiser - 10 Years of Beaumont Organic | 49 Hilton Street, 1 November

To celebrate ten years of trading and a year at their Hilton Street store, ethical fashion brand Beaumont Organic is hosting party for a good cause. Inspired by founder Hannah’s volunteering during a gap year in Fiji, the event will raise funds to support The Loloma Foundation, who provide sustainable medical, dental and infrastructure support to rural communities in the South Pacific. All proceeds on the night and all sales from The Fiji Collection will go towards the project.

Dead Women Walking – domestic violence march | City Centre, 25 November

One woman dies every three days at the hands of domestic violence. To raise awareness of the women behind the statistics, Dead Women Walking is hosting a powerful peaceful protest in Manchester city centre. Participants will dress in red whilst tribute is paid to the women killed by known men in the last twelve months, whose names will be read out during the march.
